Returns

Please contact us if you have a faulty product, we will fulfill our requirements for returns as per the Consumer Guarantees Act.

As grips and knee pads can be a different experience person to person, we recommend you consider your purchase carefully as we cannot return product of change of mind, or if it doesn't work for your skin. We are more than happy to answer questions about products if you are uncertain of an item we stock. 

Exchanges

Due to the nature of grip products and our concern for hygiene, we are unable to exchange products.  If you are concerned about kneepad sizing, please send us an email to discuss. 

Shipping

Shipping will be sent each business day. Generally, if you place an order, our courier (Aramex) will pick it up from us the next day.

We have the option of signature required on delivery, or no signature required. We recommend if you live in an area where parcels can be easily seen that you select the option for signature required upon delivery. If you have any special delivery instructions, please leave a comment when you go to pay and we can advise our courier.

Packaging

At Grip Witch we try to be as eco friendly as possible. Where we can, we will use eco-friendly packaging. However we also resurrect packaging and padding from things sent to us to give it another  life. This might mean sometimes you find some bubble wrap etc in your parcel. 

What do I do if I want something you don't have in stock?

Send us an email to info@gripwith.co.nz with any queries regarding products our suppliers sell. We may be able to take pre-orders or give you an idea of when we will be back in stock.

If you want a product that is not supplied by one of our current suppliers, send us some feedback along with links for the products and we can consider whether it's feasible adding them as a supplier. 

I'm a studio who wants to order products
